Chairman James Comer, Republican of Kentucky, is raising serious concerns about financial disclosures filed by Representative Ilhan Omar, indicating that her husband holds ownership stakes in two companies, S.Crew LLC and Rose Lake Capital LLC, whose reported value unexplainably surged from $51,000 in 2023 to as much as $30 million in 2024.

The release then quotes a letter Comer sent to Mr. Minette.

Crew LLC and Rose Lake Capital LLC, which you hold ownership stakes in, went from being worth as much as $51,000 in 2023 to as much as $30 million in 2024.

Given that these companies do not publicly list their investors or where their money comes from, this sudden jump in value raises concerns that unknown individuals may be investing to gain influence with your wife.

You think? And I think one of those companies is a winery, and I don't think wineries make that much profit, especially not a new one.

What do you say? Shall we? In May 2025, Omar's financial disclosures valued her husband Tim Mynett's stake in Rose Lake Capital at $5 to $25 million for calendar year 2024.

It began operations in 2022.

She also disclosed in Congressional records the value of his stake in their winery, called Est Crew, at $1 to $5 million.

That winery launched in 2020.

But curiously, just a year earlier, she had reported the stake in Rose Lake Capital was worth only $1 to $1,000.

And Est Crew, the wine company, was somewhere between $15,000 and $50,000.

Then came the major reversal.

The past scandal's returning to haunt her with a vengeance as the DOJ expands its probe, zeroing in on whether the lawmaker's misre- represented her date of birth, possibly calling into question naturalization.

The DOJ reportedly issued subpoenas for several of her relatives, including the sister, Sarah Noor, who, uh, is involved... or, or not involved, but involved in a company that is, uh, seems to be involved in the Feeding Our Futures, right?

Her GRIT Partners is registered at the house and under the name of a person directly affiliated with the convicts in the Feeding Our Future scandal.

Omar would, at the time, blame an accounting error.

An amended congressional financial discloser, disclosure now values their household assets at between $18,004 and 95,000.

The vast majority of the net worth valuation for the husband came from, uh, the company Rose Lake Capital LLC, a venture capital management firm whose value swelled by millions of dollars.

The firm was co-founded by Omar's husband, Tim Mynett, in 2022.

They're going to say, speaking Tuesday on Fox News' America Reports, Pirro said her office was investigating the filings, which previously showed that the combined reported value of two businesses tied to Omar's husband, Tim Minette, climbed from approximately $15,000 to $51,000 in 2023 to between $6 million and $30 million in 2024.

Fox News Digital previously examined the disclosure involving S.Crew LLC, a winery, and Rose Lake Capital LLC, a Washington-based venture capital firm.

Omar amended the filings in April, reducing the couple's combined reported assets to between $18,004 and $95,000.

Her office said the original disclosures failed to properly account for business liabilities.
