Rose Armitage

That's one of the quotes I was like, oh, I have to have that one in here.

So in the original ending, Chris actually does kill Rose on the road and he ends up being arrested by the police.

Rod meets him in jail and asks for information on the Armitage family to investigate.

But Chris tells him he stopped them and everything is fine.

I do think, for me, I think this ending is perfect in terms of Chris's story.

At least for what we've learned from him throughout this film.

Especially being able to leave Rose there just cold and alone to die.

That, for me, is poetic.
