I think a very relevant one as well, uh, and interesting as well because we did EMR for years with very good outcomes.

Um, and then ESD, um, is also being more and more applied, and we're just getting better at it, and people are learning it in earlier stage.

Um, so the field of indications for ESD, um, is also growing because, like, a couple of years ago when we resected a lesion and it turned out to be submucosal, usually the patients went for surgery anyway, so it didn't really matter if you did a nice en bloc resection or a piecemeal resection because they had surgery anyway because of the presumed high risk of lymph node metastasis.

But now, um, we're more and more also managing these patients endoscopically, and it's really relevant, like, if you treat the patient to get the tumor out, um, in one piece, uh, preferably as radical as you can, and that's where ESD c- that's where ESD comes in 'cause it just offers better opportunities to remove a tumor in one piece.

So, um, the, the, the indication field is also growing, and I think the discussion when do you do ESD and e- when do you do EMR, um, it's difficult to break down because there's not a lot of randomized trials in this, um, respect.
