Ronald A. Rasband

How old is this one? Like 10 years? Is it? I can't remember how old it is, but, you know, it just again, I

think this was Rasband who gave that.

It

opened the door to so many.

You didn't endure to the end.

You strayed from the covenant path.

I think we heard Again, was it Rasband again who gave the stupid talk about straying from the covenant path and being led astray? They rehashed all of those same stereotypes.

Led astray, a wayward kids, right? So, yeah, this one bothers me.

over the years is this idea of in a world that is, you know, conversation and civility, there's a lot of concern that the kind of nastiness that we see online is being imported into daily lives, that Latter-day Saints are people who hold the line when it comes to respecting and showing kindness to others, even others that they disagree with.

Apostle Ronald Rasband, according from your stories, spoke directly to those whose loved ones have stepped away from the church.

Mm-hmm.

Told them to, that it was what, yes, you can set an example to those who have left the church, but to let go of the anxiety and the sort of everything that comes downstream from that.

He loves you.

Then there was Ronald Rasband, whose was so good.

I put, choose for yourself to choose Jesus Christ.

The battle isn't yours, it's God's.

There is hope in Jesus Christ.

Closing out the Saturday afternoon session, Elder Ronald A. Rasband of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles spoke about loving those who have left the gospel path.

Brothers and sisters, Jesus Christ pulls much more than His weight.

His Atonement is witness of His all-encompassing love for each one of us.
