Like, if you boil it down to its essence, boil all of the water out of it and get down to the, the key thing, um, like Ron Westrum did when he was talking about culture, he managed to boil it down to say, "Look, information flow seems to be the, the signal that tells us almost everything else about culture," right? If information is flowing well, all of these other things that I've looked at will be in a good state.

And if information isn't flowing, you have to go and look at those things.
