It's kind of what I'm asking for.
4:29
That's not the... [laughs] Um, but yes.
4:33
Well, I, you know, I think, I think our audience is all, uh, you know, intimately familiar with Amazon and what they do.
4:40
And, you know, Amazon has had for a very long time now a significant amount, uh, of power in really a couple of different markets.
4:49
I think the market that everybody's really familiar with is gonna be online retail, right? Amazon at the moment controls somewhere in the neck of the woods of 40 to 50% of all online retail.
5:02
That's every sale made on the web happens on, on amazon.com. And then it's a lot higher for some other, some other product categories, right? Things like books, houseware, and so on.
5:13

So tell me a little bit about what Amazon has additionally done that sort of makes that data make sense.
6:18
They have that kind of power?
6:19
Walmart absolutely has that kind of power.
6:21
One in every four grocery dollars in America is spent at Walmart.
6:24
That's real, real power.
6:26
You look at, you look at everybody's, uh, you know, annual report that they have to file with the SEC, all these different suppliers, they say that Walmart is our largest buyer, accounts for often more than 10% of their, uh, entire sales for a year.
6:39
So that's real power, and Walmart was abusing that power, essentially at the expense of independent grocers and shoppers and everybody else.
6:47
So, so that was the legal action, uh, on the federal side.
