So if you just save the 3D DAD PDA data in a liquid chromatography, you can use this particular information to try to separate the peaks that are completely coeluting And for example, if they completely coelute at 220 or 2- 210, uh, one of the wavelengths where just about everything absorbs, it's very possible there's two other wavelengths out there where one component has a principal absorbance, the other has nothing.
