Could you talk a little bit about what you were experiencing at the time which led to the writing of this track?

You know, sorry, as you're asking this question, I'm tearing up because, yeah, and I think I'll always do that forever with this song.

But obviously it was inspired after Andy had passed.

And, you know, I think I even wrote this on my break.

It was like a work break.

I think this is probably one of the songs where, at least I think it was the first half of it, I had started.

And I remember sitting down and having a cigarette and just... crying like I was on my notes on my phone and just writing these lyrics out because Kenny had sent me you know the instrumental and I looked crazy you know I'm sitting here crying in the middle of Wellington City and you know these these lyrics start to you know come to me and you know it was me seeing her in the sunshine that day it was me hearing her through Aretha because you know she really loved Aretha Franklin and you know, all these things.

But for us, the story came from there, and the story is about that for us.
