They had that Class A truck that you saw in the video, and they hosted us on the apron at Griffiths Air Force Base, which is a nice closed test course.

So like these tests are really hard to organize because you have to get somebody who owns a truck.

But they didn't want to have that pilot have to go through layers of command leading all the way back to Washington.

So they delegated the command authority to a two-star general, Larry Arnold, at the Northeast Regional NORAD Center in Rome, New York.

It's an old Air Force base up there.

So he had the authority, um, to give that command.

Well, it's interesting

because, um, I don't know if you've heard of Tugica at country club in Rome,

OK, so how did you go from upstate New York all the way to Alaska?

So originally from central New York and our east of Syracuse is Rome, New York.

That's actually where I was born and raised.

And my initial career was there.

I did my CF at the local hospital there, Rome Hospital, Rome Memorial Hospital.

And it was great CF.

I I value it so much that I did my CF in a hospital setting and I had a great CF supervisor that was wonderful at guiding me and really helping me to absorb that medical setting.

so I went, uh, I went down to Lake- Lakehurst Naval Air Station, took the Navy flight exam and physical, and passed that, and went to Griffiss Air Force Base in Rome, New York and took the Air Force flight exam and physical and passed that.

And then came back.

I, we lived in Buffalo, New York, and, uh-

But one thing I've got to tell you, I've faced challenges before, you know, coming into the places.

I just announced I'm building a huge plant in Rome for our yogurt and cream products.

We had some challenges here.

And this governor and his team, the last three months, the amount of obstacle that we removed to be able to make this happen, it's unbelievable.
