But the fact he wouldn't say like, "Yes, it is the, because it's the best way of reading the text," um, surprised me.

Yeah.

So a couple things.

So first on the, on the non-delegation question, I think that, um, Justice Gorsuch was sort of, um, a couple, a couple points in the argument talked about non-delegation and the Major Questions Doctrine almost like in the same breath.

Mm-hmm.

And I think to him, he sees those doctrines as very closely related.

And just so the listeners, just to level set, the Major Questions Doctrine is technically, um, a way of interpreting a statute.

I heard those cases come up, but far less than I thought they would.
