Diocese of Shrewsbury

So those of us familiar with unfair dismissal law know that that's a real problem.

So the respondent appoints Carol Lawrence, who was the financial secretary for the Diocese of Shrewsbury, to investigate.

Now, she is a little bit more of an equivalence of Miss Parker because she's also a member of the ICAEW and an auditor, so they're coming from kind of a similar professional background.

Mrs. Parker, perhaps unsurprisingly, complains about the suspicious timing of the investigation, and she subsequently raises a grievance.
