Diocese of San Bernardino

Also very much an Inland Empire story.

My mom worked for the Diocese of San Bernardino.

Stater Brothers is amazing.

I had a chance to meet Jack Brown, actually.

But we'll talk more about that later.

So what about mom?

Well, my mom actually started her career with the Diocese of San Bernardino working in local parishes here in the San Bernardino area, but then transitioned to the county of San Bernardino.

She became a social worker, worked for the Department of Child Support Services, eventually became the deputy director of that department, which is pretty impressive considering she never went to college.
