Rollin McCraty

So you can learn what it feels like when you go into sympathetic and learn what it feels like to go into parasympathetic and get a manual switch.

And I've been working with the HeartMath Institute for more than 20 years, who did the original research, and, uh, Rollin McCraty's been on my show a couple times talking about this.

Um, just this brilliant electrical engineer who looks at the heart and brain as electrical systems and how they interact with each other.

So that's a big one.

But I just really feel we are getting pushed into having to look within us to really start to take responsibility, sovereignty, which we'll get into, and ownership of these things, right? Point number two is, is that we are far more connected than we realize, and we have far more influence than we actually think that we've been told.

Okay? So I, I, I said to bring out a quote here from Rollin McCraty.

So he is, uh, one of the founders of HeartMath.

I had him on the podcast a little while back.

And the heart is generating that toroidal field.

We are toroidal fields of energy in motion.

Isn't that amazing? And then what Rollin McCraty is right, so he said, so we have the energetic heart, and that beams out.

I feel it every day.
