Um, the Hammerheads also took the crown in 2023, but good for them to get their second.

One of the big things that I've noticed about this coming weekend, though, in football is this is going to be one of the lone weekends throughout this fall where it feels like the anticipation for the matchups we have like college football is going to win out week three of college football that slate looking a lot more juicy than what we're going to get on Sunday from the NFL so hopefully it delivers but leading up to it I know all eyes are going to be on Oxford Mississippi maybe for the first time in the history of the world all eyes on Oxford Mississippi as we have the uh the return of the lane train to face his former Ole Miss Rebels that's going to be some fun man this is uh Man, last night, man, I got a revisit at the ballpark.

Went up there to Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium.

Caught some Jupiter Hammerheads, Florida State League action.

It was good to be able to kind of watch the fellas round the bases.

And, um, and again, you know, much to the chagrin of the hometown fans didn't, didn't quite work out, but that, that leads to a decisive game three.

So people love winner take all games.

And that'll be tonight at, at the Dean at Roger Dean Chevrolet stadium.

Um, but again, selfishly speaking, I thought I was going to get this moment, this, this viral tweetable moment.

We, we, we just did the, uh, hot honey chicken wings.

Um, but tonight before I go to Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, and after I'm done with a, uh, football story, I'm going out to a, to, to one of the local high schools to do a little football practice story.

In that gap tonight, throwing some chicken kebabs, some chicken skewers on the grill.

Okay.

Next week, the Jupiter Hammerheads play in a playoff series as they will play The Daytona Tortugas, the second half FSL East Division champions.

First game is in Daytona on Tuesday before Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium hosts Thursday's and Friday's contests.
