Um, and actually, the first question I'd love to ask is, um, you, like, I know Roelof Botha recently or, or semi-recently referred to, to venture as a return-free risk, right? Uh, and you've kind of, like, echoed this to some extent.

Um, you've said that most of the industry underperforms T-bills once you account for the missing hurdle rate.

Um, and so I'm curious, and I know you put in a hurdle rate in your fund, which was, uh, which you didn't need to do and, and which you did 'cause, 'cause I think you're a s- you're a stand-up guy, which is, which is actually rare in this.

It wasn't a matter whether I wanted or not.

It was the right thing to do for Sequoia, and so I chose Roelof.

Uh, I, I was the old king.

He was the new king.

Uh, and so I had a great backlog of companies, and I wasn't busy, so I started taking drum lessons and guitar lessons and piano lessons, and that took me for about a year.

And after a year, I thought I was gonna lose my mind.

Uh, it turned out that Roelof stepped down.
