I'll start out.

Appreciate the opportunity.

I've been in long-term care for nearly 30 years now, and about 10 years ago, saw a need to really come beside long-term care operators, administrators, directors of nursings, and give them a... path to success.

It's a very regulated industry, as you probably know, goes back and forth with nuclear power and us being number one or two, depending on what the riders of the regulations do that year.

So I knew this is a very tough industry to be successful in.

Tell us about the second book that you're writing.

Why are you doing what you're doing?

Sure.

You know, it, it really came from, um, two, two places.

One is, is wanting, um, the, the pharmacy consultants of Method Healthcare to have a tool that they enjoyed using, was user-friendly, uh, made their job easier.

Um, and then the second piece of that is having a tool, um, and reporting and data, um, presentation for nursing facilities that deal with their quality measures, their star ratings, state surveyors, um, you know, their, their corporate ownership, reporting, reporting up the ladder, et cetera.

Um, and I figured if we could do those two things, we, we would create something really good that, that people would, would use and that'd be useful.

Um, and so I'm excited to say we, we've done that.

Um, so we've truly built it with, with all of those aspects in mind and just wanna make it, wanna make it great for our peers.
