So tell us a little bit about your past and where you came

from.

Well, I'm an engineer, or training, Texas A&M.

For all you Aggies out there.

Got into a lot of things, you know, electro-optics and house building and oil field for a while.

Ultimately got into water in 1995 with the Myox company.

We started that.
