Rod Moore

I was going to ask you, defensively, obviously Michigan didn't allow a touchdown.

Would you make a Rod Moore's return from injury? I know he's a big part of that Michigan secondary and a leader as well.

Exactly what we thought we would see from him.

Now, he wasn't tested.

You got a fifth year guy in Zeke Berry and Smith Snowden, the transfer from Utah.

And then at safety, Rod Moore and and Chris Bracey, the transfer from Memphis.

Chris Bracey played an amazing game.

He was one of the few people that didn't make a loss.

I didn't really notice any mistakes from them.

Rod Moore's still shaking the rust off after two years of essentially not playing.

That's a group that showed that they can still make plays and they can carry you a little bit.

That's where they're really going to have to step up, not just for pass breakups, but Giving that extra moment for the defensive front if they need it to be able to blanket some of those guys, right? Like Jire Hill is that guy that's sticky.

Last year he ran, I think, 19 times for 74 yards.

To me, I think this is a week where I feel good about – having a very veteran secondary, you know, they have these guys that they're going to want to take shots down the field to Jair Hill, Smith Snowden, Rod Moore, Zeke Berry, all those guys in the back end.

I still feel pretty confident with that and their ability to mix up coverages and maybe bait material into seeing something he didn't, you know, Brock Lowry wasn't the quarterback that was going to, throw the ball down the field a ton and take that bait, so to speak.

I think John Mateer is, and I'm not, I'm not saying that that's going to happen, that he's going to throw three interceptions or fumble the ball on a rushing attempt.

That'd be huge.

I mean, if he gets 12 tackles again, six or seven of them are going to be on John Mateer probably coming through the hole.

I'm going to go with Rod Moore.

I said last week that I think he's going to get an interception on John Mateer.
