Rocky Powell

In Hollywood, he spent years working long hours behind the scenes at Warner Bros and NBC, then built a career as an actor, director, and producer, including about 16 years directing commercials.

After Hollywood, he came home to Dallas and worked alongside his mentor, Rocky Powell, at Rockhouse Films, and he later founded his own company, Coffee Productions.

Rocky, whom he calls a big brother, trusted him to produce his first feature film.

Luke's story is also one of loss and faith.

So, you know, I will say I've been – I had a very short stint in real estate development.

You know, it was really commercial – I mean, residential development.

But, like, this is – you know, a lot of this is out of my wheelhouse, but God is, like – if this wasn't if god wasn't behind us this wouldn't happen but we closed um you know three weeks ago early september 5th or 3rd or something on the property but it was like god is just bringing in the right people and team and and we want to you know the the i'm an owner with two other guys i'm the visionary founder behind it but i got two men that are like my mentors in my life and they believe in me and they believe that God gave me this clear vision.

And, and we've had a lot of people that want to be involved and it's just like, we, we don't want to bring in a snake in the garden.
