Rocketts Landing

Like literally everything's there within a walking distance.

Are you starting to see models like yours and things like that pop up in cities where this wasn't as prevalent before? Like, you know, even the district that we're in right now in Rockets Landing, like- I mean, literally a three minute drive over and you got co-stars, your capital ones, like all these huge business buildings.

And like occasionally if I'm out around that area around a lunch hour, everybody's just walking around, coming out of their offices, they're finding a Chick-fil-A, they're going to a sandwich shop or something like that.

You see this growing a lot more in cities like Richmond and Goochland and, or is it just like the suburbs of these areas?
