Robyn

And as somebody who hasn't gotten to see this tour yet, the opportunity to see Robin do this show in her hometown for the first time in like eight years, it's unmissable.

What's so special about Robyn? Robyn is a force.

She

is unique.

Mm-hmm

... minutes on Zoom, and we listened to the Robyn song Dancing On My Own, and we all just, like, danced our butts off, and then that was the end.

Oh my gosh.

First of all, such an iconic song.

Did you, like, I'm sure every woman and probably every straight man loved her in the late 80s, early 90s.

So I'm super excited, but not as excited as I am about seeing Robyn tonight.

And I'm really hoping she brings out some amazing special guests.

Of

Mm-hmm

... like growing up was Robyn-

Mm-hmm

Yeah ...

Yeah.

Sure.

And Robyn has always been also sort of un-Swedish.

Mm-hmm.

That was the main event of the night.

We went there to see Robyn, the Swedish pop icon, in concert at the United Center.

And we were only in the city for about 24 hours, but it was a wonderful break.

It's interesting because the, the stats you quoted before, about 80% of travelers looking for that one-night getaway, does that speak to, uh, kind of our, our love of the experience these days? I mean, here you are with a, with the concert as a destination.

I'm not requesting, but when is 'Gimme Gimme' coming on?" And I was like, "Well, that's not getting played.

It's not on our list." And then the other request was, "When are you gonna play Robyn, Dancing On My Own?" I was like, "Oh, it's on the list.

Here.

Let's, let's go with that.
