Robin Yount

Like talk about a guy who's...

I guess I didn't really realize how tormented Robin Yount has been for like 40 years over not getting the job done.

But most relieved man in the world this week has been Robin Yount.

You can really see that weight lifted off his shoulders.

I don't know about anybody else.

I think he really represents that spirit.

I was saying this earlier or a couple of days or whatever it was, that spirit that Robin Yount had.

But he's an elder for all the younger players, and he kind of guides them.

So he's kind of like modern-day Robin Yount, I guess.

And also, he's a great hitter.

You know the story.

Which one?

Christian Yellich, when Murph said, hey, they want you to be the captain, he said, I want to talk to Robin Yount.

Now, this is

also the same bike that Robin Yount drove up onto the stage, right?

So, yeah, Robin Yount actually rode out on the motorcycle at the ceremony after the parade at Summerfest, which was pretty cool, wasn't it?

Harley-Davidson on the property.

It belonged to Bob Euchre.

And Robin Yount famously rode this Harley out onto the field in 1982, and the kid is back! Come on out, Robin!

So that was pretty cool.

I was able to see that motorcycle before pretty much anyone else, and he rode it out on the ceremonies.

There were some guys who got autographs standing next to me and he was just smiling and high five and, and holding up the parade because there was Robin Young's car that went around him.
