Brian Hubbell researches federal policy and the economy and public health.

He also worked at the EPA for twenty-eight years, and he told Robin Young more about the move's likely impact.

But it's not just Illinois, of course.

People across the country are concerned about an uptick in ER visits related to e-bikes, which use a small motor to assist pedaling.
