And then we're like, so what do you want to do? What do you want to do? You know, like from the vultures from, what's that called? Robin Hood.

But of course, I want to know what's going on because I'm going to be panicking about my daughter all night.

for, like, Robin Hood boots.

Some green, soft leather boots with

wrinklies.

Uh, Rhubarb, speaking of the interesting shoes, um, there's a pair of, like, leather boots that's almost kind of, uh, like, a fade color into, like, a deep purple at the area where it, like, would meet your pants.

Yeah.

um very interesting you've never seen leather work like this um there are definitely kind of like robin hood boots they're kind of like curly toed leather they're kind of feathered at the top they have like a very you know like feathery look to them um there's a pair that's kind of like all black and studded with like a silver metal um and then there's like a pair of high brown leather boots with like a very traditional collar to them um and they are kind of like set together with their feet together in an interesting way different than the other three

After Jesse and his gang departed, they waited in the woods till the landlord came for the money to make sure he didn't try to take advantage of her.

It was stories like these that earned Jesse a reputation as a Robin Hood of the Wild West, a noble villain who robs from the rich and gives to the poor.

But not everyone agrees with this characterization of the notorious outlaw.

News of the death of the boy and injury to Jesse's mother spreads, growing popular sympathy for Jesse James and his gang, burnishing his Robin Hood reputation and making villains out of the Pinkertons.

But there is no doubt why many law enforcement officials wanted to see Jesse and his gang behind bars.

And I do think Jabberwocky is an inside look, at least at the time, how Terry Gilliam approached comedy and his whole thing was just well kind of whatever the opposite of you know this is classic comedy is like well whatever the opposite is of the expected thing that's what we should do because that's absurd and wrong and that's funny

yes yeah that seems to again that whole philosophy really i think lurks at the heart of jabberwocky where it's like Yeah, we imagine medieval fantasy to be a very romantic thing, you know, see the, you know, the Errol Flynn Robin Hood movie that we did earlier this year.

That's just so good, which is just a great example depiction of like the romanticization of, you know, medieval England.

And this one is again, just like, let's try to do the fucking polar opposite.

Yes.

Because she could very easily be painted as almost like a Robin Hood criminal.

And I would agree that I don't give a fuck about billionaires or investors.

I love that line from Robin Hood.

It's one of the Prince of Thieves.
