It's hard to predict what it is, but it is easy to predict that you're going to need that skill set to work through it.

Yeah, one of my interviews was a woman, Robin Allison, who started the first co-housing here in Aotearoa, New Zealand, and now gives lectures, et cetera.

And she said that living in a co-housing community is the most expensive personal development course you'll ever take, but it's well worth it because the personal development one has in terms of conflict management, if you're learning it to live in community, you're then getting it to use in your own personal relationship.

I think it's well worth it.
