Talk to me a little bit about how the ranch is set up, how you guys grow them that big.

Yeah.

I came out here in 2012 and, We created a breeding operation.

So we do have a breeding operation.

We are playing with different genetics and different characteristic traits.

We want big Northern bodies and things like that.

And we're managing the herd to be mature at three years old.
