Robert Redhead

I got to know Michael the previous year as he'd taken one of the bands at the North London Music School, which I'd attended.

He told me there was a vacancy and suggested that I applied, and I dutifully did, and I had auditioned with Robert Redhead and Derek, which I thought went rather well.

[laughs] But Robert said they were having a reshuffle of the euphs and baris, and there wasn't a space at that time, but they would keep me in mind for the future.

Fast-forward 10 years and, um, had a call from Kevin Ashman asking me to apply, so I did and, uh, I've been there ever since.

It is one I, I think one of the ones I did with Chalk Farm.

I've got a very old recording of me playing it in, um, in a church in Brighton from about 1992.

Um, and yeah, I, I, I like the so- I like Robert Redhead's writing, um, and I, and I do, I like Euphony.

Seems to suit, suit me reasonably well.
