When Ryan Grigson first took over and Bill Pullian was on his way out, You know, it was not a popular move, but they cleaned house because they had the Dwight Freeneys.

I mean, they kept Robert Mathis for two more years, whatever.

But, you know, Dallas Clark, Ryan Deem, Rick DeMolling, they were aging players.

And you could have probably gotten another year or two out of them, but you have a whole new regime, and so it's just easier to kind of rip that Band-Aid, right? So I'm not saying that that's where Baltimore is right now, but are you anticipating that perhaps we are a year or two from this being – You know what, new sheriff in town, he's going to want his new own deputies, and this could be, as a result, the introduction to a change of man force in Baltimore.

So I actually think maybe we get a little bit of a slow start, and then in the second half it kinda opens up.

I got a lotta questions also about that Colts defense, like, who's gonna run the passer? We've been asking for a consistent pass rush with Indianapolis since Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis have been playing, and one of 'em just went into the Hall of Fame a couple years ago, so that tells you how long it's been that they've had a really consistent pass rush.

And I think that you're in trouble if you don't get one against Lamar Jackson, so over for me in Indianapolis.

Wes, I gotta tell you, going back to our green zone days, I don't know anybody does it better than you at those kinda halftime adjustments of that, so I'm already earmarking that maybe an over, under first half and look to the over in that second half.

Like when you really look at it, you know, obviously you go back to the Peyton Manning era, right? Like, Peyton Manning, Reggie Wayne, you know, Gary Brackett, like those groups.

But then even when you got into, like, Adam Finitieri, you know, the end of the Robert Mathis years, and then into this group of players with guys like – I know Taylor is now just a captain, but guys like Taylor, but Nelson, you know, Michael Pittman Jr. is – the consummate pro, right? Like, we can sit here and argue about how good Michael Bittman Jr.

was, but he was a great professional.

He was a great guy and a well-liked guy in the leader room.

You get the value there.

You know what I'm saying? Like we would have those.

Once you play college football and you leave college football, I have no problem with a kid that declares in April and you find out that's not what you want to do, you didn't get drafted where you want, then you can come back to school.
