What happens to those 10 people? They walk away." And that's what's happening to all these states, is when they get over-taxed, they walk away.

You, you wanna kill, uh, you wanna kill a country? You wanna kill innovative, i- innovation a- and capitalism? Try to get 10% of the people to do 90% of the work and see what happens.

What's wild to me is the audacity at which Kelly says, "This is what we're gonna do, and this is how we're gonna do it."
