Robert G. Allen

A whole bunch of other things I created, but I wouldn't have known those without the people before me.

So like I would say Robert G. Allen and a lot of people way before me knew way more than I did.

And I was just lucky to kind of follow in their footsteps.

Well, for those who don't know what it is, what is it?

Well...

Like I said, I've been doing real estate investing since the 1990s, and I was one of the success students of Colton Sheets and the Robert Allen, which is the no money down gentleman, okay? And I've flipped houses, I've bought and hold houses, I've wholesale houses, I've done all those types, but I've really been hyper-focused in the tax lien and tax deed business for the past 15 years, and really detailed in the past probably two years, specifically.

What really caught my attention about you was the way you've been able to explain such a complex niche and turn it into a repeatable process for so many investors.

And building off that, Ken, curious to know, regarding your strengths in the tax sale market, what is the one specific skill set that has consistently kept you ahead of the competition over the last 15 years?
