yes yeah with my other hat on so backup is a charity for the live events industry, supported by the industry, run by the industry, delivering against the industry.

So essentially we help anybody who's worked in live events for five years, if they fall upon hard times.

So generally our freelance industry community, so whether you fall off a ladder, break a leg can't pay your rent can't pay your bills we're there as a financial support line we also offer counselling mental health awareness so if somebody's facing struggles sometimes we can we can support them with counselling we also have a bursary scheme where people who want to become mental health first aiders get involved so we can help train people up to be mental health first aiders so it's very much about supporting the infrastructure of the industry no company can support a delivery of an event by itself.

It needs to use freelancers.
