I think we have to keep in mind, and, you know, Jason's kind of the guru in this, is that's just a snapshot in time with a few throws.

We don't know anything about workload and, and how much they're throwing.

You know, from an injury prevention standpoint, that single snapshot of, of varus torque isn't, isn't telling us the whole picture of, of injury prevention.

So like what Jason said, if we're gonna have further research on it, it needs to be over the course of a high school season.

Do your own research and, and find, you know, look where the research is coming from, not research from one person to another per- like, where did the source come from? And the other thing I would say if, if there is something that is going to prevent or significantly reduce injury or improve performance, don't you think every single person would be using it in that sport? That's how I usually would approach it.
