Yeah.

And even if He takes me out of this leader pos- leadership position, that was never my worth to begin with, you know? It is a stewardship position for this time, for this moment.

It never can be my worth.

And I think He always makes leadership significantly hard enough, um, that if we'll allow it, it will do that work.

You know, um, you, you were asking, uh, or we were talking just a little bit earlier about my advice for leaders, and one thing I would love people to understand that leadership is a lot about saying, "Okay, I'm gonna go..." You know, like Bonhoeffer said, you know, what's the Christian life is to go and die to self, right? Like, like to, to, to die is, is part of the call.

And that leadership, I think when you're called to leadership, that's so much more.

I mean, you, you [laughs] it's to die to ourselves.
