Why are they created in the first place? What is the United States doing to crack down further? All that stuff.

Yeah, I mean, we can rely on the fact that we have not found each and every one of these things.

And this all keys off of proliferation.

So again, I'll go back to the notion that synthetic biology is an exponential technology like computing.

With something like that, you have very, very, very rapid proliferation and very, very, very rapid drops in cost.

So just think about transistors.

So we have a, um, a, one of the assets in our North Hills Innovation District is a apartment community called Channel House, and at the ground floor of that is a place called Maker's Alley.

And Maker's Alley, uh, I mentioned the farmer's market earlier.

There um, you know, there, there's a number of, uh, uh, previous vendors for, prior to the farmer's market.

There's a particular local coffee shop here in town that, um, everybody knows and loves, and they started out, um, you know, as a bakery selling pastries and other bread, um, within farmer's market.

And, you know, just like many local operators and homegrown operators, uh, they often get priced out of a lot of this Class A retail space.

What is, when you, when you do placemaking right, what value does that add to these apartment properties, and what impact do you see it to, uh, to, to your rental?

Inside of the administration, naturally, are gonna tend to be Democrats.

He reached out to people inside of USAID, people in security.
