We have a huge event from the Civil Rights Coalition, and we have Pincus is coming, right? Rob Pincus is coming and Mark Smith.

I love Mark Smith.

I love listening to him because if you don't really understand the law and understand all this stuff, he breaks it down so you can understand it and really he's so knowledgeable.

You want to meet him? I said, yeah.

So next thing you know, I'm in catering having dinner with Kenny Rogers, with his tour manager, Gene Roy, from LaGrange, Kentucky, with his bodyguard slash right-hand man, Rob Pincus, and his band.

And I'm sure they're thinking, who the hell is this guy and why is he in here with us? But I'd come with a former tour manager, so I guess I was okay.

end of the night gene roy and keep in mind i'm meeting all kinds of artists now i'm getting through the crazy horse i'm getting to know how they work i'm getting to know how the process works dealing with artists but gene roy walks up to me he says here you go rex and he hands me a laminate and he says anytime anywhere you're welcome i'd known this guy for five hours and And he's handing me a Kenny Rogers laminate and saying, just show up.

Do you remember the time that we were filming a Winchester thing, Nick, and it was the worst ammunition on the planet.

And Rob Pincus was trying to like, keep it cool, trying to like do the demos of the Winchester ammunition for his sponsor, Winchester.

And like, it was just fucking failing every goddamn round and everyone's guns.

Do you remember that? Oh, Nick's gone.

annual meeting in Houston, Texas, and we have Rob Pincus with us today.

Welcome back, Rob.

However, silencers remain subject to NFA restrictions in the other 42 states.

Firearm industry veteran Rob Pincus, he wrote on social media that he wants to see more clarity from the DOJ or the ATF about the impact of this Texas ruling.

Some organizations have used the ruling as a membership drive since theoretically members or litigators could be covered.

Similarly, specific gun manufacturers that joined the suit, like Palmetto State Armory, they're hoping to exploit this narrow ruling.

We'll cover some other areas as well.

I do want to throw this out, that, uh, Rob Pincus was scheduled to join us for the half-hour.

He's kind enough to stay for the hour.

A.W.R. Hawkins was unable to come in with us today for travel purposes.

I contemplated it myself.

I never did.

I just was a little bit inactive, but that has all changed, ladies and gentlemen, and the gentleman that we're talking to here today, Rob Pincus, had a lot to do with that.
