and then in terms of the your organization you have retained Rob McKenna, the former Republican Attorney General, and Phil Talmadge, a Democrat who's a former Supreme Court Justice, to be attorneys in this case, trying this case, on behalf of these plaintiffs.

It's a tax on people making more than a million dollars a year today, but if it's upheld, they're going to come for people making less than a million dollars next.

So that's a political argument.

But I could also imagine that if we're talking about harm and how you define that, that maybe Rob McKenna stands up in the Supreme Court and says, look, if you uphold this, you're essentially opening up the doors to an income tax on every Washingtonian, not just wealthy Washingtonians.

That could be viewed as a form of harm.
