Rob Krar

It's, it's really-- It's probably really tough in trail to spend, like, that much time in, like- Z4 and Z3.

But I, I would love to know, like, it could-- if, if P- if there's any historians of the sport that are analyzing training blocks, like, has this type of intensity in a training block from start to finish been, ever been close to replicated? I would be so curious to know, like, has Walmsley ever done this? Has Rob Krar, Rachel, Courtney, Ruth? Like, so curious to know.

Do you think Anton came close to that at all?

I don't know, actually.

So anyone who's followed you knows what happened next.

You ran at the front of the race with Rob Krar.

You pulled away at mile 42.

You won in the third fastest time ever on the course.
