Right.

And so what we did is, you know, he just put the stuff out there and said, hey, which of these songs do you like? Do you connect with? So the, you know, Love and Chains has a different style because of the, you know, Mike being the main songwriter and which is the difference, you know, with Kane, still my voice, but Sean is the main songwriter.

And Sean is the main songwriter in Apocalyptic Lovers, which way back in the day was Love and War.

Yeah.

So with Love and War, we had went our separate ways, got back together about 12 years ago, recorded that album, and we're working on a second one.

But there was still a lot of material, and Sean and I still were writing, and I sent him some new stuff.

You know, like I want to go a different route on this show where we're not just, you know, we're talking not about the stories, but about the actual music and what you did and, you know, picking someone's brain.

But Rob, how is the balance between attracting investment and creating a more inclusive city centre being managed?

You've done your homework.

That's sick.

It's a really tricky question and it is one of the challenges that we had and it was a discussion topic at the business breakfast this morning.

Unfortunately, all successful cities end up having this problem.

If you look at London, Paris, wherever, where the business is successful and it gets more expensive and residential accommodation close to the city center gets more expensive and effectively pushes people out, pushes low-income people out.

And that's difficult from two points of view.

But what is enabling this level of economic resilience? And take us through how sustainable it

You'll be e- probably even more aware of it than I am about how the CBD is increasingly being priced out of reach of those, many of the people who work in it.

Mm-hmm.

I think, uh, ironically, that was one of our topics that we discussed this morning.

Uh, there are two main challenges that, that we see, and one is the affordability of residential accommodation in the city.

Um, but as a city, it's a, a problem that every city has all over the world.

Um, it's not a nice problem to have, but it, it is a reality.

And in response to that, I think the city's been very mature the way they've handled it.
