Rob Howley

'Cause I'd always wanted to play outside half, but couldn't.

Um, yeah, I was in school with Rob Howley, and he's, he's gotta be one of the greatest number nines to ever play on this pitch.

Yeah.

Uh, no disrespect to Gerald Williams or a few others, but you know, when Rob's your age and you, you watch his transition.

They'll, they'll click this season and, and there'll be some really good results.

Mm.

I wanna ask you, uh, Rob Howley, was he always set for stardom, or was he someone who just worked really hard, or did he have both?

So I think when we were in school, Rob used to play 10, not nine early on.

No, we've never met at all.

In a true show of sporting integrity, last week Ellis forwent a dubious connection with Robert Howley and subsequently played out a miserable defeat with caller Felicity.

In the spirit of the game, though.
