Rob Delaney

No, do you not? It was actually Chris Evans that got me into that one.

I think I first saw it I think at that point it was like very early 2017 I first saw it and it was actually on a visit to Chris in Liverpool where I first saw it and it's and I think the second season had been out and it was waiting for the third season to come out at that time but that is excellent actually that one I really love the plot is like an American guy comes over Rob Delaney comes over to Britain meets this Irish lady, played Sharon Morgan, I think the lady's called, and he was brilliant as well.

And they end up having a bit of a one-night stand and then a bit of an affair over the course of the week or two weeks or whatever that he's in the country, where he's in the country for work.

They get along really well, but then they know it's a short-term thing.

I'm just like I'm just like Rosie O'Donnell comes on stage and says weird things and then he puts her in a headlock or something I don't

know yeah Um, yeah, they're like Rob Delaney comes on as a guest and totally bombs.

So like I say, we are, we're talking

about season four

But I'll read out some of them just in case you're listening.

Awkwafina, Jake Johnson, Angela Bassett, Charlie Day, Rob Delaney, Tom Waits, Jermaine Clement, Amanda Stenberg, Richard E.

Grant.

Yeah, man, this is, and they all do an incredible job.

It's got Jacob Tremblay, Carey Mulligan, Mahershala Ali, Angela Bassett, Awkwafina, Jake Johnson, Charlie Day, Amandla Stenberg, Jemaine Clement, Maya Erskine, Tantu Cardinal, Tom Waits, Richard E.

Grant, Blythe Danner, and Rob Delaney.

So all-star cast, which generally Leica films do tend to.

acquired that level of talent but from the get-go I feel like this film came out unlikable to me in some senses like it was pushing too hard on certain stereotypes when we're in the real world and I don't think that's a huge spoiler that we go into the wild wood you know that's the premise of the film it's in all the trailers blah blah blah I did not necessarily feel like this film knew how to write young female characters or grown female characters.

And then when we were watching the movie,

the first scene, you see Rob Delaney's face getting pulled off.

And my wife just looked at me as like, yeah, see, we made the right call.

And I was like, okay, fine.

jaw.

Yeah.

Where are you going, Van? I'm going Rob Delaney.

I really like that opening Rob Delaney there.

Peyton Elizabeth Lee, Jacob Tremblay, Kerry Mulligan, Mahershala Ali, Angela Bassett, Jake Johnson, Maya Erskine, Charlie Day, Awkwafina, Jemaine Clement, Richard E.
