So the latest numbers that are being kicked around from, I guess, one of the more widely quoted sources, uh, say that it's dropped to, first-time homebuyers have dropped to 21% of the market.

Even several months ago when we were hearing that 21% number, some of this other data was showing more like 40% or more of buyers are first-time homebuyers.
