So, yes, this Southwest Showdown is on the 26th and the 27th.

And it's going to feature, as you mentioned, those four teams.

And it's going to be, you mentioned the Silver Knights, Texas, obviously the Roadrunners, and the Colorado Reds.

Eagles, kind of nice, the picture that they used for the graphic.

These are guys, good ambassadors for their teams and for their promotional material.

Cameron Hebe for the Roadrunners.

They have a picture of Jason Magna on the Colorado side.

Cameron Hughes for Texas.

And that's where everything comes to a screeching halt.

You know, I think of, you know, the you've got Coyote and the oh, my God, this one in my brain, Roadrunner, Roadrunner, where I just see it in my image and stopping because no one wants to go there.

But this has been going on for a long time.

And these people are all experiencing something.

This is, like, a really expertly, like, written and engineered comedy, and Will Forte is, like, probably up there with Bob Hoskins, like, best actors to work with cartoon characters.

And I mean, to me, the crowning achievement of the movie is just that, minor spoilers, but you know, like, it's, it's not like, it's not like the biggest shock in the world, but, like, you watch it being like very early on they tip, okay, so the big emotional, like, climax of this movie is during the trial The Roadrunner's gonna show up and testify on behalf of the coyote, right? That's like the, the big punchline they're, they, they telegraph very early on.

And I see that coming up, oh, okay.

So, so the, the, they're gonna, they're doing the whole Capra thing and the big like kind of, you know, the, the joke will be that the Roadrunner will, will have that spot, and he'll say, "Meep meep." And someone will be like, "Oh, I speak Roadrunner."

[laughs]

And will say, oh, that...

Like, like if we were half as bad at, as he is at our jobs, we would've been shitcanned years ago.

[laughs]

So I, we saw when, uh, that Willie, uh, one of the greatest Boston bands ever, who we haven't even mentioned yet is the modern lovers because, because that we're talking early 70s, early to mid seventies there.

But, um, John Felice, who was, of course, in the Modern Lovers for a while before the Real Kids, played Willie Alexander's Birthday Party a couple of years ago and got David Robinson on drums, and they did Roadrunner, the great Modern Lovers classic song.

That was awesome.

I had a lot of fun as well.
