RJ Ronquillo

The chat is blowing up.

It's like, you know, I ask some of the other guys that do these things, like Richie or R.J. Ronquillo, the guitar player that played on the record, I ask them, how do you, how do you deal with the stream? Like going by so fast, you have, you get like 200, 300 people in there and they're all interacting with you and they all are asking questions and there's no way you can.

I mean, and now I saw today, Oh, well you can go in slow mode so that it prevents people from, uh, from bombarding with, uh, questions.

You know, you, you, you, you limit them every 30 seconds or something, you know, they can write, uh, So that slows things down.

Every January, she does a vlog every day for the month of January.

Just because people are inside all the time, it's like, okay, this makes life...

I've been finding some of these YouTube guys like her, Mary Spender, RJ Ronquillo, and uh tom volkovic those guys they just you know and even some other guys pete thorne and uh uh tim uh you know these guys yeah tim pierce tim pierce yeah all of these guys are thomas thomas lang for drummers you know thomas does a video you know several videos a week i love them you know he's so inspiring so yeah i i watch a lot of these things

Are you guys amazed by how quickly, like I see, we were actually just talking, I think it was Steve Lucas earlier today, and he was saying, there's like a nine-year-old online or something that plays guitar as fast as he does or something.

And we didn't get, we didn't get to hang, but-

RJ Ronquillo on guitar.

I like...

RJ was on our podcast-

So we are here at Carter Vintage Guitars in Nashville, Tennessee.

I'm here with RJ Ronquillo.

We're going to be talking a lot about Hendrix guitar today.

We're going to start by getting the perfect Hendrix tone.

Yeah.

Yeah, I just never I like, you know, gear YouTube stuff like deep dives into equipment and people building rigs like RJ Ronquillo.

He's building like this ultimate 80s rack rig right now.

And so sometimes when I'm building pedals, I'll have that on.
