Anyone else have any thoughts on, uh, how you do things differently in Q4 versus the rest of the year?

Ritu JavaGUEST
I just think that around any kind of tentpole events or any kind of events where people are actually looking to Amazon to give them a good deal, it just, uh, you know, your strategy needs to be a little bit different for the expectation handling of, of deal day kind of things.

Ritu JavaGUEST
Like Sa- Black Friday, Cyber Monday especially, people are looking for those red badges, and if let's say you're not participating in those events and you just wanna kind of cruise along under the radar, not really wanting to tap into that increased traffic that's coming, I guess at that point it's probably best to know that and not go aggressive because CPCs are elevated throughout that time and, and they'll go on elevated toward- uh, throughout the end of the, the rest of the year.

Ritu JavaGUEST
So I think for us it's mostly the decision of, okay, is, uh, are our clients actually participating in tentpole events or not? And if they are, then we definitely advertise for them.

Ritu JavaGUEST
But if they aren't, uh, we actually turn off ads, um, for especially those days when we know that, uh, if they have no deal, they have no chance of converting, uh, efficiently.

Ritu JavaGUEST
And so we just, like, protect their, their ad spend and, and not, not even run ads during that time.

really sell like what is Etsy? There's not as much money in Etsy as there is Amazon.

Ritu JavaGUEST
And Etsy tends to be very niche, so it's only one type of audience that goes to Etsy, right? The ones that care about like creative stuff and whatnot.

Ritu JavaGUEST
But yeah, Amazon is, you know, as we all know, the place that everybody needs to be on in order to kind of get visibility.

Josh HadleyHOST
What would you recommend from the hundreds of accounts that you've viewed, the sellers that are using your platform and software? What do you see right now is a healthy balance of PPC sales to organic sales for an established brand?

Ritu JavaGUEST
Some categories are so saturated that 60-40, 60 PPC and 40% organic is becoming the norm.

Ritu JavaGUEST
For example, just to give you an example from the pet space, just so crowded, like especially if you're selling any kind of dog toys or pet products and things like that.

Ritu JavaGUEST
There's so much competition there that 50 to 60% coming from ads is pretty normal.

Ritu JavaGUEST
They've already got 20,000 reviews and more like, how can you, you know, how can you even compete, begin to compete with that? Right.

Josh HadleyHOST
What do you think is kind of the ballpark tacos number to ensure that they're healthy and competitive across the board?
