I know we just talked about this and recorded this episode, but let's do it again for everyone to just explain Supervision Matters, why that name?

So supervision has such a big impact on the individual lives of employees and on the success of any organization.

And the supervisor has the most daily impact on the life of a staff member.

And when they treat people with respect and appreciation and integrity and and really help support the employee, that shows in everything they do, the organization does.

And my view of supervision is that you partner with people to help them be successful.

That's the job of a supervisor.

And so it matters immensely through every component of an organization.
