Ring binder

I hate calling it X, but X, Twitter, Twitter.

Raul, I first met you on Twitter or knew of you by this project or this, what would you call it, adventure or this thing you were doing, the Big Ring Binder.

which I think is a really cool story.

And it looks like maybe it's been doing good things for you in one of your projects.

So tell us a little bit about this big ring binder and what it's all about.

Yeah, of course.

So the idea with the RingBinder was to have like a marketing campaign for one of my apps because everybody's building apps now.

And as I asked Grog, he gave me a couple of images.

[upbeat music] Now, I've seen both sides of this script.

The subcontractor comes into the final account meeting with a Leverarch file, and inside it, 80 daywork sheets, all signed by the site manager.

He puts it on the table to back off what he's asked for, feeling like it's a winning hand.

The total of the lot is over 100 grand worth, and the QS starts to open the file, looks at the sheets, starts pointing at sheets where there's six words printed at the bottom next to the signature, "For record purposes only." He says, "He's confirmed the men were there, but he hasn't agreed that the work was a variation.
