So it looks like, yes, these are probably your guys who are, um, who are not gonna play on Saturday, but th- it's, they're, they're still out here, so it's not like they're injured.

Coming up into last year, there wasn't much in the way of opportunity or openings on the blue line.

That's quite the contrary now this season with only Riley Steen, Tyson Moss, and Dayton Reschne returning.

How do you guys look at filling out the remainder of that blue line? Of course, you have Maceo Phillips, you have Passler as well, but it seems like there's still a lot of competition to be had on that blue line.

What are you guys looking for as guys try to make themselves stand out here over the remainder of the preseason?

Yaroslav Rizkov, one of several Tigers this offseason to get his name called at the NHL draft, away in Vancouver at Canucks rookie camp.

Carter Casey joins the Rucks out in Pittsburgh.

As we mentioned earlier, Britton Holbertson in Buffalo.

I think Spencer Gill has a chance to really separate himself in rookie camp, where there's only eight defensemen.

You look at the likes of Luke Vluswick, Jackson Edward, Riley Steen.

They're going to be more of the rotational guys, whereas Gill could play himself into a true minutes-eating, physically imposing force against the New York Rangers rookie rosters.

It's a big time for one Spencer Gill.

You know, we often see that at dev camp, there's a bunch of invites and then it gets whittled down and maybe only one or two guys make the cut, so to speak, for a rookie camp invite.

So we saw Sawyer Dingman get one of those and Riley Steen get the other.

Uh, one more note on that roster.

Uh, Riley Steen not-[buzzer] Not related to Alex.

Yeah, so in-season, me and my brother-in-law live with Riley Steen.

So we kind of alternate driving now that he has a car.

So, yeah, I was usually the driver for the first little bit there.

And then, yeah, then come back, and we're right on the lake, so usually hop on the lake with some of my buddies.

And, yeah, it's a pretty tough life.

yeah yeah that is insane again from like a british perspective we don't have like lakes uh to like skate on there's probably one or two if it's cold enough but it's not like cold over here like it is in uh yeah it's not quite over there sorry like it is over here at all you mentioned billets again it's just something to for everyone else back in the uk that's listening so billets is like your adopted family is like a an easy way to put it so they basically house you look after you etc And you mentioned about the travelling as well with Riley Steen.

So I was going to ask you, how do you deal with the amount of travelling? Obviously, again, if you're driving, you're sharing the love, so to speak.
