And if we go to Ibn Battuta in his Rihla, so he mentions, I mean, this is probably one of the most creative examples of awqaf you'll find in Islamic history.

So he goes on his famous travels and he comes across Egypt and he finds hospitals that have been set up as a waqf.

So he says, I come across pieces of land on which a hospital is built.
