So it's going to be pretty damn cool.

I was just thinking, Bowden Barrett, as you mentioned, he'll play his 148th test match on Sunday morning New Zealand time, going equal with Richie McCaw, putting him just five back from the all-time record holder Sam Whitelock.

I mean...

You write about the longevity of Bud and Barrett and the number of caps.

Okay.

Morning, team.

Is Bud and Barrett in your All Blacks Greatest 15 or in the same conversation of great All Blacks like Richie and Sam Whitelock? Awesome achievement equaling Richie McCaw cap, so I've no doubt he will be our most capped AB.

But he's not in my all-time ABs 15 at 10 or 15.

I mean, Republican Party's been there and done that.

It's like sort of comparing, you know, Richie McCaw, the absolute legend, and then Artie Savia, the new guy.

So it's a bit of both.

But he has the potential to be as good of him.

But do you see an Irish team where you think that the best team days have been and maybe they're just slightly up the hill because I was saying that ahead of the Six Nations and they sort of they produced a couple of amazing performances certainly against England at Twickenham and an absolute dished up Scotland at home in that final weekend then I watched them in the summer and it was a little bit indifferent again sort of similar to what I'd seen leading up to the Six Nations so from you you know all the way down under there what's your perception of Ireland right now from afar

ever since Rico Ioanni waved goodbye to them at the World Cup I think it's been a little bit downhill hasn't it But look, I think that there probably hasn't been a player like Johnny Sexton whose impact has been felt in a team to such a great degree since maybe the loss of Dan Carter and Richie McCaw.

Like his place in that team, he was a titan in that team.

He ran that team.

In fact, the All Blacks, it was famous year on year.

Scotland fans would turn up at Murrayfield hoping to see Richie McCaw and Dan Carter.

And actually it would be maybe Nick Evans and Angus MacDonald, for example, or young stars.

I mean, I see a Toy Ava made his debut recently.

But if you can imagine someone that you really respect, who you think is a really good human with a really great mindset, what is it that you think they might believe about what you're facing right now? How would they approach this? What is it that you think they would do? What would they be telling themselves? How would they get through this difficult scenario? Now, I had a male client that I was working with and I knew he was a real rugby buff.

And so I said to him, if Richie McCaw was facing this situation, what do you think Richie would do? And he really quickly said, well, oh, Richie's the goat.

He would think these things.

He would do these things.

It would be like this for Richie McCaw.

And actually, that was a way for him really quickly to go.

This person that I respect and admire, this person who I know is really good at getting through challenging things, I can access in my own thinking and What I imagine they would tell themselves about a difficult set of circumstances like what I am facing right now.
