The two-in-one head coach of the Birds, Nick Sirianni.

My dad was trying to do his own thing at the time.

So he like told me, he's like, "I'm looking at this spot in Richboro," which was Munchy's Pizza at the time.

And he's like, "If you're interested in coming back to work with us, you know, like if you wanna like get things going, we'll, you know, we'll open this place up." So I said yes to him.

I'm like, "I'll definitely help you out." Obviously can't leave the family hanging, but we started opening this place up, started working initially like without my dad and my mom.

Initially Gianni's would not be there obviously.

The first two years were extremely, extremely rough for us.

We, you know, if, do you by any chance, I didn't know, did you grow up in Richboro?

No, my wife did though.
